Online mode has
been quite an experience, I'm not going to judge it, and with English it was no
exception. I was embarrassed to see my face in the videos I had to record of
myself for evaluations. But hey, you always learn something every time. I think
the scope of this issue, as a branch of English, with respect to the problems
and critical contingency that exists around the world was very good. Many
points that were discussed are gaining weight again in the past few days, which
is very important.
Blogging has
been something new too, it is entertaining if you know well how to use the
tools occupying the possible spaces that the web page allows you. I liked other
formats that some of the other colleagues used, creativity is fed up.
I think that the
aspect that I should reinforce the most is speaking a little, since I manage to
understand the listening part (even more so because of the online modality
since the teacher spoke English and should pay more attention), and writing as
well. Sometimes I turn to a dictionary in case I forget a word or a
conjugation.
English has
helped me a lot in this world where social networks and the Internet show web
pages with many languages, most of which are in English, and so I can better
understand the content they show. Or also in case you see a file or video that
does not have Spanish subtitles or that you only see texts that make me read
now at university. In these times it has become a necessity not only imposed by
the ministries of education in schools, but also because the labor field
demands it.
I will not forget the first year when I was in the computer room doing the leveling test because I thought I would be exempt, but no, life did not want it ...👏
